Job summary

INGCOPH TRADERS INC is seeking an experienced Maintenance & Facilities Lead to oversee repair, maintenance, and overall condition of the Head Office and stores. You will lead a hands-on team with expertise in electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, air‑conditioning, and general facilities upkeep, ensuring safety and efficiency across multiple sites.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
3–5 years of relevant maintenance/facilities experience.
Strong hands-on knowledge of electrical works, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Oversee repair, maintenance, and upkeep of Head Office, stores, branches, and facilities.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, and other issues.
Coordinate and supervise technicians, maintenance staff, contractors, and service providers.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns and disruptions.
Prepare maintenance reports, cost estimates, and monitoring records.
Lead and develop the maintenance team; assign tasks and monitor performance.
Conduct field visits and site inspections at different locations when needed.
