UAAGI Distributors Inc. needs aBuilding and Facilities Maintenance Officer!
Below are the responsibilities:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primarily responsible in assisting the Admin Supervisor/HR Manager in the monitoring of the maintenance personnel to ensure timely processing. Also monitors building/facilities and ensures maintenance.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives and timely processes all Maintenance Job Requests and endorse the same to concerned parties timely.
- Make a routine visit and inspection
- Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor interior and exterior areas of the building for cleanliness and general conservation.
- Monitors cleanliness of all office areas, guard house, pantry, comfort rooms, common areas (hall ways, lobby etc.) and main service road.
- Timely encoding of all Maintenance Job Requests to monitoring.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required for effective encoding and monitoring of maintenance requests.
- Delegate and schedule accordingly to all Maintenance Personnel all the Maintenance Job Requests and other Maintenance tasks.
- Assist maintenance and installment work as needed.
- Multiple trade certifications are required to effectively assist with various maintenance and installation tasks.
- Monitors and give daily updates on schedule of all maintenance staff.
- Monitors all repairs and maintenance concerns and supervises contractors as required.
- Promptly reports to Admin Supervisor or Admin Manager any concerns that would potentially hamper the timely delivery of maintenance services.
- Ensures proper documentation of all requests and timely filing of all admin documents.
- Prepare and implement all admin projects budget within the timeframes.
- Monitor regular check, cleaning and maintenance of all Airconditioning units.
- Coordinate closely with Purchasing Department for all the maintenance supplies and service quotation requests.
- Coordinate closely with all the admin contractors and suppliers for the supplies and service requirements.
- Maintains good relationship with other employees.
- Screens incoming calls and transfer the same accordingly.
- Responsible in monitoring reception area including all the incoming and outgoing of all document, and materials
To be successful in this role you must be…
- A college graduate
- In the automotive/warehouse set-up for2-3 years
- A person with strong strategic planning skills
- with a strong background related to role
- Able to handle pressure and priorities
- Good written and communication skills
Working pattern and location:
- Join Date:ASAP
- Employment Type:Full-time Employee
- Work Location:On-site
- Working Hours:45 hours, 5 days per week (7:30 AM to 5:30 PM)
- Workdays:Monday - Friday
