Job summary

UNISON MOTOR CORPORATION is seeking a reliable Janitor / Utility Staff to maintain cleanliness and order in the office and warehouse areas. You will perform general cleaning, waste management, and basic maintenance tasks.

The role requires physical fitness, attention to safety, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience as a Janitor or Maintenance Staff.
• Experience in general maintenance, utility work, or cleaning services is preferred.
• Physically fit and capable of performing cleaning and other utility-related tasks.
• Reliable, hardworking, and responsible.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain office areas, including floors, workspaces, common areas, restrooms, and other facilities.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Perform basic utility and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Ensure cleaning tools, equipment, and supplies are properly used and stored.
• Assist employees or other departments with general utility-related tasks when needed.
• Follow proper safety and cleanliness procedures.
• Perform other tasks and duties assigned by the supervisor.
