Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Admin Supervisor/HR Manager in monitoring maintenance personnel and processing requests.
• Inspect and monitor building facilities for cleanliness and safety.
• Oversee maintenance of all AC units and service areas.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for maintenance supplies and quotes.
• Schedule and delegate tasks to maintenance staff and contractors.
• Report any issues to Admin Supervisor to ensure timely maintenance delivery.
