Job summary

Resonanz Technical Group Inc. is seeking a Facilities Associate in the Cavite, Rosario area to support daily building operations. The role covers electrical wiring tasks, responding to facility requests, forklift operation, and moving furniture for workspace changes.

You will also ensure daily facility cleaning, manage supplies inventory, and address helpdesk issues related to facilities, providing practical solutions for reconfiguration and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic electrical installation and repair work in wiring for switches, outlets, plugs, cables, power circuits and appliances
• Promptly respond to and resolve all facility email requests
• Operate forklifts and complete daily checks
• Move furniture or cubicles as needed to support office and equipment moves
• Perform daily cleaning throughout the facility
• Maintain inventory of all facility supplies, such as kitchen/paper goods, bathroom supplies, first aid supplies
• Respond to facility related helpdesk requests
• Solve problems related to facilities
• Provide solutions for new adds, moves for workspace and other facility reconfiguration
• Maintain day to day operations of facility (Ensure cleanliness exists)
