Job summary

CEBU GENERAL SERVICES INC. is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pasig to perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment, facilities, and machinery.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic HVAC issues, and diligent maintenance of records and tools. You will ensure safety procedures are followed, assist contractors during major repairs, and respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to keep operations running

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and basic HVAC issues.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment and facilities are safe and operational.
• Perform minor repairs, replacements, and adjustments as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of maintenance areas and tools.
• Monitor equipment performance and report defects or major issues to the supervisor.
• Assist contractors and technicians during major repairs and maintenance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
