Job summary

FABTECH GROUP OF COMPANIES is seeking a diligent janitor to join our Makati office. The role involves cleaning floors, restrooms, windows, and common areas, as well as waste disposal and restocking supplies to uphold a sanitary workplace.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, assist with light errands, and report maintenance issues to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The position is on-site in Metro Manila, with regular housekeeping duties and opportunity to

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to keep them dust-free
• Regular wiping of windows, and other office furniture
• General cleaning of all work areas, hallways, reception, pantry, comfort rooms, working stations, lounge & others
• Daily proper waste collection & disposal
• Restocking cleaning supplies and requesting refills when needed
• Checking and maintaining the cleanliness of comfort rooms and other common areas throughout the day
• Assisting with minor errands, such as moving office supplies or setting up for small company events
• Reporting any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures)
