Job summary

TeamRidemax Philippines is seeking a facilities maintenance staff to inspect and repair office, warehouse and other company facilities, ensuring safety and cleanliness.

You will perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs; conduct preventive maintenance; coordinate with contractors for specialized tasks; and prepare inspection checklists. Onsite work in Valenzuela, Metro Manila is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or vocational/college level with a maintenance background.
• At least 1 year in facilities or related maintenance fields.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, climbing and standing for long periods.
• Strong problem-solving, dependable and safety-conscious.
• Willing to work onsite and address urgent facility concerns.

Responsibilities

• Inspect office, warehouse, and facilities for maintenance, safety, and repair needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspection of office, warehouse, and other company facilities to identify maintenance, safety, and repair requirements.

• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair works when necessary.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checking of facilities, fixtures, tools, and equipment.

• Monitor and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, doors, locks, plumbing fixtures, air-conditioning units, and other facility-related equipment.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility concerns from employees and departments.

• Ensure that facilities, work areas, storage areas, and common areas are clean, orderly, and properly maintained.

• Assist in the setup, transfer, repair, and dismantling of office fixtures, furniture, and equipment.

• Coordinate with accredited contractors, technicians, and service providers for specialized repairs and maintenance.

• Prepare maintenance requests, service reports, inspection checklists, and other required documentation.

• Assist in emergency maintenance situations and ensure appropriate safety procedures are followed.

• Ensure proper use, storage, and care of maintenance tools and equipment.

• Perform other maintenance-related tasks and duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school graduate, vocational graduate, or college level; preferably with a technical or maintenance-related background.

• At least 1 year of experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, property maintenance, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair works.

• Ability to use basic hand tools and maintenance equipment.

• Physically capable of performing maintenance activities, including lifting, carrying, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Responsible, dependable, and safety-conscious.

• Willing to work onsite and respond to urgent facility concerns when required.
