Job summary

AMSAMM Property and Development Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to perform basic electrical repairs, preventive maintenance, and general building upkeep at our Makati site.

You will handle lighting, outlets, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and renovation support while prioritizing safety and timely response to maintenance requests.

Qualifications

• High School/Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in electrical repairs and troubleshooting.
• Experience in building/facility maintenance is preferred.
• Skilled in general repair and maintenance works.
• Physically fit and capable of performing hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
• Willing to perform various maintenance duties as needed.

Responsibilities
