Job summary

DREAM PRECISION TECH CORPORATION is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Batangas to perform daily inspection of buildings, utilities, and systems to identify issues and schedule maintenance. You will troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, and water supply problems, monitor equipment such as AC units and pumps, and support installation and relocation of facility components.

The role requires vigilance for safety and compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of facilities, utilities, and building systems to identify abnormalities, damage, or maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, water supply, and other facility-related problems.
• Monitor and maintain facility equipment and utilities such as air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, water systems, pumps, compressors, and other building support equipment.
• Support installation, relocation, repair, and modification of equipment, fixtures, furniture, and facility components as required.
• Conduct routine inspection of electrical panels, utility areas, emergency lights, fire safety equipment, and other facility-related systems.
• Immediately report unsafe conditions, equipment abnormalities, leaks, electrical hazards, damaged facilities, or other conditions that may affect employees or operations.
• Maintain proper records of preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, equipment history, and maintenance activities.
• Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts, consumables, and materials and report requirements for replenishment.
• Support emergency maintenance activities during power interruptions, water supply issues, equipment breakdowns, leaks, and other facility emergencies.
• Support compliance with applicable company policies and government requirements related to occupational safety, environmental management, building facilities, and equipment maintenance.
• Perform other facilities and maintenance-related duties that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.

Job description

Support installation, relocation, repair, and modification of equipment, fixtures, furniture, and facility components as required.
