Qualifications

• Licensed Electrical Engineer or Mechanical Engineer.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Facilities/Building Management.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Maintain energy management programs and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety and hazardous materials handling procedures.
• Review building systems to ensure performance meets client environmental conditions.
• Share knowledge and educate team members; mentor others as needed.
• Contribute to CBRE RISE values and promote teamwork across functions.
