The role supports preventive maintenance and repairs across facilities, working with various teams to ensure reliable operations. Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and repairing building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC)
• Ability to troubleshoot faults and perform routine preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on system upgrades
