Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders; ability to lift 50 lbs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and mathematical skills; ability to analyze information from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
• Ensure building systems meet applicable standards and client requirements.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
• Review building systems like fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing for performance.
• Apply standard principles and provide practical solutions for complex tasks.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and mentor others in the function.
• Model CBRE RISE values and help build consensus across teams.
• Explain technical information to stakeholders.
