Job summary

Archipelago Builders Corporation invites an experienced Facilities & Administrative Supervisor to oversee end-to-end property management, head office admin, engineering services, and security. The role covers managing leases and temporary facilities across projects, plus coordinating subcontractors.

Based at the Quezon City head office, the candidate should have a bachelor's in electrical engineering, a licensed EE if possible, and at least five years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; customer-oriented.

Responsibilities

• End to end property management across head office admin, engineering, and security.
• Manage company properties for lease and project facilities across all projects including subcontractors.
• Lead initial project mobilization.
• Review and process government dues or taxes and permits.
