Archipelago Builders Corporation is seeking a Facilities & Administrative Supervisor / Head to oversee end-to-end property management for the head office and projects. You will coordinate admin, engineering, customer service, housekeeping, maintenance and security across company properties and leased facilities.

The role requires a BE degree (Electrical Engineering) with LE license preferred, 5+ years of related experience, and knowledge of local real estate laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; L.E.E. preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of real estate laws and procedures is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
• Willing to be assigned in Quezon City (Head Office).
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• End-to-end property management for head office admin, engineering, customer service, housekeeping, maintenance and security.
• Manage company properties for lease and project facilities across all projects including subcontractors.
• Lead project initial mobilization.
• Review and process payments for government dues (e.g., business permits, licenses, real property taxes).
