Qualifications

• At least 2 years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works as a team to deliver optimum service.
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff and rectify deficiencies.
• Complete opening and closing duties and inventories.
• Monitor dining areas for seating, safety, and guest well-being.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
