• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Welcome guests and respond to service needs with appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and maintain positive working relationships.
• Identify and implement ways to increase efficiency, quality, safety and cost-savings.
