• Staff Management: The restaurant supervisor is responsible for supervising restaurant staff, including servers, chefs, and kitchen staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and providing excellent customer service.
• Customer Service: The restaurant supervisor should ensure that customers are satisfied with their dining experience, handling any complaints or issues that arise and ensuring that the restaurant maintains a high level of customer service.
• Operations Management: They are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Health and Safety: They should ensure that the restaurant is compliant with health and safety regulations, implementing appropriate measures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for customers and staff.

• MUST BE TRAINED / CERTIFIED IN F&B SERVICE
