LaVie Resort and Casino in Manila seeks a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and leading a fast-paced service team in a casino environment. • Bachelor's degree preferred in hospitality or related field.
• 2-3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage, preferably in a casino or high-volume venue.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and local health regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
• Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control for F&B supplies.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes.
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to maintain high performance and morale.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs in line with operational needs.
• Assist in implementing promotions, upselling strategies, and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
• Always ensure cleanliness and organization of service areas.
