Job summary

REIS Holdings Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive to drive revenue by identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and closing deals in the F&B events sector.

The role involves building client relationships, presenting proposals, and coordinating with Catering & Events and Commissary teams to ensure flawless Event Orders. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in events or sales, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a proactive, details-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in events, sales or business development, preferably in F&B.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Driven and detail-oriented.
• Personable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between company and client, responding quickly and effectively to inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Create and compile detailed proposals, quotations, and documents for clients and bidding.
• Negotiate terms of sales and agreements, resolve objections, and close sales.
• Research client needs to serve existing clients and approach new ones.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and venues.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure Event Order details, setup, menus, guest profiles, and requirements.
• Create reliable financial reports and collect payments in a timely manner.
• Ensure cost efficiency by staying within budgets.
• Maintain knowledge of event trends and market needs.
