Job summary

INTERBIZ CONSULTING GROUP INC. is seeking a dynamic sales-oriented professional to represent us at industry events, meetings, and business engagements. You will actively engage attendees, identify potential clients, and gather information to pass to the Sales Head for further development.

You will build rapport, maintain records of prospects, and support the sales team in nurturing relationships. A presentable, proactive, and customer-focused approach is essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse people.
• Confident, approachable and comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts.
• Good customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Able to identify potential clients and opportunities through networking.
• Presentable and professional when representing the Company at events.
• Proactive, outgoing and results-oriented.
• Willing to attend industry events and off-site engagements as required.
• Knowledge of real estate or related industries is an advantage.
• Willing to work under the direction of the Sales Head.

Responsibilities

• Attend industry events, networking activities, meetings, and other business engagements on behalf of the Company.
• Proactively approach and engage with attendees, professionals, potential clients, and other relevant contacts.
• Establish rapport and build positive professional relationships with new and existing contacts.
• Identify individuals and organizations with potential business needs or opportunities for ICG.
• Gather basic contact and business information from potential prospects.
• Introduce and endorse qualified prospects to the Sales Head for further discussion and sales activities.
• Assist the Sales team in maintaining and developing business relationships.
• Follow up with contacts as directed by the Sales Head.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, contacts, referrals, and networking activities.
• Represent the Company professionally and positively at all times.
