Job summary

Villbrosis Realty Inc. through Elyong’s Restaurant and Bar seeks a Sales & Events Supervisor to drive event bookings, build partnerships, and grow F&B revenue. You will manage reservations, coordinate with FOH/BOH, and develop promotions that boost traffic.

The role requires 2–3 years in sales or hospitality, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to work evenings and weekends for events. A marketing or hospitality background is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, events, hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in event sales, venue bookings, catering, or hospitality sales is preferred.
• Strong sales ability with client outreach, presenting packages, negotiating, and closing bookings.
• Excellent communication and customer-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales for events, private functions, group dining, KTV, food and beverage packages, and other restaurant offerings.
• Handle bookings for birthdays, corporate functions, meetings, reunions, celebrations, and other private events.
• Manage restaurant reservations received through phone, social media, messaging platforms, and other channels.
• Develop promotions that support restaurant, F&B, and event sales.
• Maintain records of leads, quotations, reservations, and event revenue; prepare regular reports.
