Job summary

You will monitor product usage, train customers when needed, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to deliver seamless exhibitor experiences. Proficiency with CRM tools and data reporting is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (Customer Service or Sales preferred).
• Experience in voice (outbound) / non-voice setup.
• Proficient in written and spoken communication.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office.
• Basic skills using Jabber and Enghouse Touchpoint.
• Experience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspective.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional post-sales support and ensure execution of exhibitor and sponsorship deliverables.
• Act as primary contact to drive exhibitor satisfaction, engagement and retention.
• Manage full customer journey from prospecting to servicing and empower exhibitors.
• Leverage platforms such as Salesforce, Atlas, Eloqua and Smartsheet to track activities and generate reports.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to streamline workflows and improve transparency.
• Support day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination.
