RELX INC in Iloilo, Philippines is looking for a full-time Customer Success Associate to help exhibitors after sales, handle billing inquiries, service requests, and upsell opportunities. You’ll coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Operations and other teams to ensure smooth event experiences.

You will manage onboarding, dashboards, and communications, using Salesforce and Exhibitor Dashboard. The role emphasizes relationship building, problem solving, and proactive engagement to maximize

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience dealing with stakeholders in a global perspective.
• Experience in voice / non-voice set-up.
• Basic skills in using Salesforce and Exhibitor Dashboard.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

• Exhibitor Support - acts as the point of contact for all after-sales support.
• Increases loyalty of exhibitors to be rebookers/repeat exhibitors.
• Drives engagement by following the 4-touchpoint flow and attending event kickoff.
• On-boards exhibitors in a timely manner to boost satisfaction.
• Assist in the sales process and customer journey from prospecting to servicing.
• Exhibitor profile/matchmaking and dashboards usage awareness.
• Utilize Salesforce to log activities and schedule touchpoints.
• Guide exhibitors through the Exhibitor Manual and registration processes.
• Digital Product Awareness to identify upsell opportunities.
• Account Management to meet exhibitor business goals.
• Lead Retrieval - understand Emperia features pre- and post-event.
