Job summary

Relx Plc is seeking a Customer Success Analyst to facilitate smooth onboarding and manage the post-sales lifecycle for exhibitors and sponsors at RX events. You will drive engagement, renewals, and value through proactive, professional account management.

You will track activity with Salesforce, Atlas, Eloqua and Smartsheet, create reports with Google Analytics and PowerBI, and ensure flawless sponsorship delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder (in any field)
• At least 1 year of relevant experience (Customer Service or Sales preferred)
• Experience in voice (outbound) / non-voice set-up
• Skilled in written and spoken communication
• Basic skills in using Microsoft Office applications
• Basic skills in using telephonic system (Jabber, Enghouse Touchpoint)
• Experience dealing with various stakeholders in a global perspective
• Experience managing cross functional projects
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
• Must be in current role for 1 year.
• Must not have any Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver post-sales support and ensure exhibitor and sponsorship deliverables across RX events
• Be primary point of contact; drive exhibitor satisfaction and retention through proactive communication
• Manage full customer journey from prospecting to servicing; equip with tools and knowledge
• Utilize Salesforce, Atlas, Eloqua, Smartsheet; generate reports with Google Analytics and PowerBI
• Collaborate across sales, marketing, operations to streamline workflows and transparency
• Support day-to-day operations and cross-functional coordination for timely service
• Strengthen exhibitor relationships through consistent communication and proactive updates
• Deliver sponsorship products smoothly and assign clear POC for third-party partners
• Improve internal team collaboration by creating clearer workflows and aligning priorities
• Maximize sponsorship value by enhancing benefits and identifying new opportunities
• Produce standardized reports to inform exhibitors
• Enhance lead retrieval and demonstrate its value
