LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking an Operations Generalist I in Manila to support the exhibition cycle. You will assist with pre-show administration, onsite requirements, and conference logistics while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth event delivery.

The role emphasizes initiative, problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with vendor and partner coordination. Prior event operations experience is a plus, and strong IT skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Event operations experience would be an advantage.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-show administration and onsite requirements for all team members.
• Support conference logistics and program management activities.
• Manage exhibitor lists, floorplans, and show materials.
• Liaise with venues, vendors, and travel arrangements as needed.
• Coordinate room bookings and organizer office requirements.
• Proof and update show catalogues and marketing assets.
