Job summary

Relx Plc is seeking an Operations Generalist I to support global exhibition operations. You will assist with end-to-end event processes, manage show communications in Salesforce, and help coordinate stand planning, setup, and reporting across the exhibition cycle.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong time management, and good IT skills. A background in events or exhibitions is advantageous; MS Office and Salesforce familiarity is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of relevant event operations experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time and project management abilities.
• Experience with event/exhibition environments is a plus.
• Proficient IT skills including Salesforce and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage Salesforce show inbox and related admin tasks.
• Support end-to-end exhibition operations processes.
• Assist with stand planning, plotting, and setup.
• Compile and review weekly and post-show reports.
• Prepare exhibitor lists, floorplans, and related data.
• Coordinate contractor registration, site inductions and safety paperwork.
