Job summary

RELX INC in Iloilo seeks an Operations Support professional to aid the Operations and Marketing teams across the exhibition cycle. You will manage the Salesforce show inbox, perform booth checks, assist with reporting, stand planning and post-show data input.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of relevant experience, with strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and Salesforce). Experience in events/exhibitions is advantageous; enterprise AI tools training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Event operations experience would be an advantage.
• Strong time and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in an event / exhibition background would be an advantage.
• Proficient IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and Salesforce.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
