Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks an Executive Services Manager to partner with senior leadership on planning, tracking, and delivering initiatives. The role blends project management, data analysis, process improvement, and executive support, ensuring leadership decisions are executed on time and to standard.

You will build trackers, perform analyses, chair governance, and manage calendars, briefing packs, and meeting prep while prioritising requests and maintaining auditable project records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or a comparable delivery role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with deadlines.
• Strong data and analytics capability, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Commercial and financial understanding to engage on financial matters.
• Experience supporting executive teams and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of concurrent initiatives end to end with planning and benefits realization.
• Develop project plans with deliverables, owners, milestones, and success measures.
• Maintain live status tracking and provide portfolio-level reporting.
• Monitor delivery, identify slippage, and drive resolution.
• Maintain risk/issue/dependency registers and ensure mitigations.
• Run governance routines: steering updates, reviews, change control, post-implementation reviews.
• Document artefacts to ensure auditable and transferable initiatives.
• Build trackers and management reports for performance visibility.
• Perform analysis to support decision-making and present findings clearly.
• Lead process improvements and automation to standardize workflows.
