Job summary
Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Planner & Analyst to drive FP&A, forecasting, and budgeting cycles.
You will analyze monthly results, deliver actionable insights, and partner with Corporate Finance to ensure forecast accuracy, while building scalable reporting for product expansion. The role focuses on streamlining reports for leadership reviews, owning quarterly Product P&L updates, and providing ad-hoc analyses to support strategic decisions within a fast-growing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field
- 3–5 years FP&A or financial analysis experience
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling and analysis
- Experience with Anaplan, Looker and Coupa systems
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and budget management cycles
- Analyze monthly results and deliver actionable financial insights
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance to ensure forecast accuracy
- Streamline reporting processes for executive leadership reviews
- Build scalable reporting solutions supporting product expansion
- Investigate financial discrepancies and recommend cost efficiencies
- Own quarterly Product P&L updates and reporting deliverables
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis to support strategic business decisions
