Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Club Lounge Supervisor – Front Office to oversee daily Club Lounge operations and lead the team in delivering personalized service to eligible guests and IHG One Rewards members.

You will coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other hotel departments, ensuring seamless guest experiences and adherence to IHG brand standards across lounge services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of Front Office, Club Lounge, Guest Relations, or luxury/upscale hospitality experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Strong Front Office and guest relations knowledge with a passion for personalized service.
• Experience using a hotel PMS; familiarity with IHG systems is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Club Lounge operations and ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment.
• Lead, guide, and support Club Lounge colleagues during the shift.
• Personally welcome guests and recognize returning guests and IHG One Rewards members.
• Assist with guest check-in/check-out, room inquiries, and lounge services.
• Ensure eligible guests receive proper Club Lounge services and benefits.
• Build guest relationships, anticipate preferences, and create memorable experiences.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and provide service recovery when needed.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments.
• Oversee breakfast, refreshments, evening cocktails, and lounge service periods.
• Monitor lounge presentation, food/beverage displays, cleanliness, and supplies.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate VIP arrivals and updates.
• Support training, coaching and development to maintain service standards.
