Executive Assistant (Assistant of the President)

Assist the President in the overall implementation of the Corporation’s procedures and guidelines.
- Checks and monitors that the compliance of guidelines is in accordance with the Philippine laws.
- Recommend process improvements beneficial to the Company and its shareholders without compromising the risks, prudent controls, and the interest and welfare of the stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for the President.
- Conduct research and gather information on a variety of topics to support the President's decision‑making.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences for the President and other senior executives.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, donors, and community leaders.
- Provide support to the President on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in creating business synergies and developing partnership for business diversity.
- Experience working in an international or cross‑cultural environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge in Corporate Governance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
