Executive Assistant to the President (Antipolo)

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the President. The role requires strong judgment, discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the President’s calendar, meetings, agendas, materials, and logistics.
- Prepare and format reports, presentations, documents, correspondence, and executive communications.
- Serve as a liaison between the President and internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Track projects, deadlines, action items, and deliverables to ensure timely follow-through.
- Prepare meeting notes and minutes, maintain records, and manage confidential files.
- Assist in drafting correspondence, talking points, reports, and other professional communications.
- Conduct research and prepare relevant information to support executive-level decision-making.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the President and team members.
- Proactively identify and resolve administrative concerns to minimize disruptions.
- Collaborate with various departments to support alignment and timely project execution.
- Contribute to process improvements, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Handle special projects, ad hoc assignments, and other responsibilities as assigned.
- Follow established standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous professional development and improvement.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro.
- Familiarity with project management tools or software is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in U.S. English.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Sound judgment and critical-thinking skills with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
