Job summary

Lotus Central Mall, Inc. is seeking an Events Manager to drive revenue through bazaars and community events in Cavite. You will own end-to-end planning, vendor acquisition, negotiations, and on-site execution to deliver outstanding experiences.

You’ll manage multiple events, coordinate with partners, monitor bookings and revenue, and continuously improve processes to grow partnerships and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Events Management, or related field.
• Experience in event management, event sales, vendor coordination, or related roles.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with ability to secure bookings and hit revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills during live events.
• Detail-oriented and capable of end-to-end event management.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and event operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage bazaars and events from planning to execution, driving revenue and great experiences.
• Build and manage vendor and client pipelines to fill bazaar slots and bookings.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, partners, and suppliers.
• Plan event concepts, vendor mix, and guest experiences.
• Oversee event preparations, setups, and on-site execution.
• Resolve operational issues quickly during events.
• Monitor occupancy, bookings, revenue, and customer feedback.
• Maintain databases, event records, and performance reports.
• Continuously improve business processes and event operations.
