Job summary

Regent Distributor Philippines Inc. in Mandaluyong is seeking an Events & VIP Activations Manager to transform our Retail and F&B spaces into event destinations. You will design attractive party packages, curate exclusive VIP experiences, and manage high-end pop-up booths.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 3–5 years in events or hospitality.
Experience designing and pricing party packages for F&B/retail.
Ability to lead pop-up booths and VIP events.
Strong lead generation and client scouting capabilities.
On-site role in Mandaluyong, Philippines.

Responsibilities

Product Development (Party Packages): Create and price tiered event packages for F&B and Retail spaces.
Pop-up Booth Management: Design, source, and manage logistics for premium pop-up booths in malls and retail locations.
VIP & Lifestyle Events: Conceptualize and execute by-invitation events for top-tier customers, influencers, and corporate partners.
Business Development & Lead Generation: Scout for and convert leads for private events, corporate functions, and catering.
Inquiry Management: Act as the primary contact for event inquiries, providing quotations and site inspections.
