You will develop the annual and monthly events calendar in coordination with the Brand and Events Manager, aligning activities with brand priorities and community pillars. The role requires a marketing or related degree and at least two years in event management, with proven ability to manage large-scale events from planning to onsite execution,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing management, mass communication, or related field.
• At least two years of experience in event management, planning, coordinating, and executing events and activations.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale, family-oriented, community-centered, or mall-based events from planning through onsite execution.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, community groups, commercial partners, and other stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and web analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual and monthly events calendar in coordination with the Brand and Events Manager, aligned with brand priorities and community pillars.
• Support end-to-end planning and execution of events, including production, logistics, supplier coordination, permits, event management, and onsite operations.
• Support onsite event execution and serve as an event host when assigned, engaging attendees and representing the brand professionally.
