Job summary

Infinite Events Manila Inc. is seeking a Sales & Client Relations Associate to grow our network of merchants and brands for pop-ups, bazaars, fairs, and mall events. You will both sell booth spaces and recruit exhibitors while managing client relationships across multiple events.

Ideal candidates are sales-focused, enjoy talking to people, and can source new brands, negotiate, and close deals. You will visit malls and events to source potential merchants and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Sales-oriented and comfortable with prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and following up.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Organized and able to handle multiple clients and events simultaneously.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, email, Google Sheets/Excel, and other digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote booth spaces for pop-ups, bazaars, fairs, and other events.
• Actively source and recruit potential merchants, brands, concessionaires, and exhibitors.
• Generate new sales leads through social media, online research, referrals, mall visits, and competitor events.
• Send email invitations, online invitations, proposals, event decks, and rate information to prospective clients.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries through Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, email, and other channels.
• Follow up leads and convert inquiries into confirmed and paid bookings.
• Work toward booth sales and event occupancy targets.
• Coordinate with merchants from initial inquiry and booking through event completion.
• Maintain an organized and updated merchant database, including leads, bookings, payment status, and participation history.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants to encourage repeat bookings.
