Job summary

ELIJAH ROYCE HOTEL & RESIDENCES INC. in Cavite is seeking a proactive sales professional to develop and execute sales strategies, maximize revenue, and meet budget targets.

You will support the Sales Manager in managing a sales pipeline and pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, group, and events. Collaborate with events, marketing, operations, and front desk to ensure smooth execution of bookings, negotiate contracts, and maintain CRM records.

Qualifications

• Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed budgeted sales targets.
• Support the Sales Manager/Director of Sales in managing and maintaining a sales pipeline.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities, including corporate, group, and event sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel agents, and other key stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate contracts and rates for group bookings and events.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, including leads, client communications, contracts, and sales reports.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, and presenting findings to the Sales Manager.
• Assist in negotiating corporate rates, group contracts, and event agreements to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful execution of all group bookings and client expectations.
