Job summary

Villbrosis Realty Inc. is seeking an Events & Marketing Supervisor for Elyong's Restaurant and Bar in North Fairview, Quezon City. You will lead events, restaurant reservations, promotions, and marketing activities to drive customer traffic and revenue.

You will coordinate with FOH/BOH Supervisors, manage inquiries, proposals, and post-event follow-ups while developing campaigns and partnerships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in events, marketing, sales, hospitality, or related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Events Management, Business Administration, or related field

EVENTS & MARKETING SUPERVISOR

Location: North Fairview, Quezon City, Metro Manila
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

Villbrosis Realty Inc. is looking for an Events & Marketing Supervisor for Elyong's Restaurant and Bar in North Fairview, Quezon City.

This position will take the lead in events, restaurant reservations, promotions, and marketing activities. The role is responsible for generating event business, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, managing restaurant reservations, coordinating functions, and developing marketing initiatives that increase customer traffic and revenue.

The Events & Marketing Supervisor will work closely with the FOH Supervisor and BOH Supervisor to ensure reservations and events are properly communicated, prepared for, and successfully executed.

What You'll Be Doing

Events & Event Sales

• Handle inquiries for birthdays, corporate functions, private celebrations, meetings, and other events

• Generate event leads and convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings

• Conduct venue presentations and discuss available packages with prospective clients

• Prepare event proposals, quotations, packages, and function requirements based on approved company pricing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for event clients from initial inquiry through event completion

• Coordinate event menus, beverages, entertainment, venue setup, staffing requirements, and other arrangements with the appropriate departments

• Prepare event schedules and communicate complete function requirements to the FOH and BOH Supervisors

• Monitor scheduled events and ensure agreed client requirements are properly coordinated and delivered

• Conduct appropriate post-event follow-ups and gather client feedback

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, confirmed events, client information, and event revenue

Restaurant Reservations

• Manage restaurant reservations received through phone, social media, messaging platforms, and other booking channels

• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries

• Maintain an accurate and updated reservation calendar and booking records

• Confirm reservations and communicate relevant policies, arrangements, and requirements to guests

• Coordinate large-party reservations, special occasions, and VIP requirements with the FOH Supervisor

• Communicate expected guest volume and major reservations to FOH and BOH to support proper preparation

• Manage reservation changes, cancellations, special requests, and other booking concerns

• Identify reservations that may be suitable for event or function packages and offer appropriate options when applicable

• Monitor reservation trends, cancellations, no-shows, and booking activity

• Maintain guest and booking information in accordance with company privacy policies

Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute restaurant promotions, seasonal campaigns, special events, and other revenue-generating activities

• Develop marketing concepts for Elyong's food, drinks, live entertainment, KTV, events, and other offerings

• Manage and coordinate the restaurant's social media content and marketing calendar

• Coordinate the creation of photos, videos, advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing content

• Manage and monitor digital marketing activities and campaigns

• Promote event packages and restaurant offerings through appropriate online and offline channels

• Develop partnerships with local businesses, organisations, communities, and potential corporate clients

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and local opportunities that may benefit the restaurant

• Track campaign results, customer inquiries, bookings, and other relevant marketing performance indicators

• Recommend new promotions and marketing activities based on customer response and business performance

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate closely with the FOH and BOH Supervisors for reservations, events, promotions, and special activities

• Ensure complete and timely communication of event and reservation requirements to concerned departments

• Coordinate with approved suppliers, entertainers, decorators, and other external service providers when required

• Ensure event and marketing expenses remain within management-approved budgets

• Follow established purchasing and approval procedures for all event and marketing requirements

• Maintain organised records of reservations, events, quotations, promotional activities, and related transactions

• Prepare regular events, reservations, sales, and marketing reports for Management

What We're Looking For

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in events, marketing, sales, hospitality, restaurant operations, or a related field

• Experience in event coordination, event sales, venue bookings, restaurant reservations, or hospitality is strongly preferred

• Strong sales ability and confidence in converting inquiries into bookings

• Experience with social media and digital marketing

• Creative and commercially minded, with the ability to develop promotions that generate customer interest and revenue

• Strong organisational, planning, and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and client-management skills

• Professional and customer-focused when handling guests and clients

• Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments, suppliers, and external partners

• Basic understanding of restaurant, bar, and hospitality operations

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and common digital marketing tools

• Willing to work evenings, weekends, public holidays, and extended hours when required for events

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Events Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
