Job summary

Alviera Country Club is seeking a Sales Account Executive for Banquets & Events to drive revenue for Central Luzon’s premier events destination. You will showcase our world-class venues including our Grand Hall Events Pavilion capable of hosting up to 600 guests.

You will prospect corporate accounts, book destination weddings, and partner with premium culinary teams to deliver exceptional events across Pampanga and Central Luzon. This role requires strong sales skills and a hospitality mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in banquets, catering, or venue events.
• Prior experience in a premium hotel, resort, or luxury events venue is highly preferred.
• Strong existing network within the Pampanga and Central Luzon corporate and social event circuits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, Marketing, or Business.

Responsibilities

• Drive Venue Revenue: Meet and exceed sales quotas for event spaces and custom catering packages.
• Prospect & Network: Hunt for new corporate, government, and social event accounts across Central Luzon.
• Conduct Site Tours: Close leads by showcasing our premium facilities and spaces.
• Manage Contracts: Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure bookings.
• Detail BEOs: Collaborate with F&B and Operations teams to ensure seamless event handoffs.

In this role, you will showcase our world-class venues—including our Board Room, Multi-purpose Halls, and our Grand Hall Events Pavilion hosting up to 600 guests.

TASKS:

• Drive Venue Revenue: Meet and exceed sales quotas for event spaces and custom catering packages.
• Prospect & Network: Hunt for new corporate, government, and social event accounts across Central Luzon.
• Conduct Site Tours: Close leads by showcasing our premium 5.6-hectare lifestyle facilities and spaces.
• Manage Contracts: Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and secure bookings.
• Detail BEOs: Collaborate with F&B and Operations teams to ensure seamless event handoffs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in banquets, catering, or venue events.
• Background: Prior experience in a premium hotel, resort, or luxury events venue is highly preferred.
• Market Knowledge: Strong existing network within the Pampanga and Central Luzon corporate and social event circuits.
