Job summary

• Manage timelines, plans, task tracking, and project execution
• Recruit, manage, and assign tasks to interns and staff for marketing, operations, design, and merchant recruitment
• Coordinate with bazaar venues on event details, requirements, schedules, and event-day concerns
• Recruit, curate, and coordinate with merchants
• Plan and finalize booth layouts and floor plans for each event
• Lead on-site operations during event days, including setup, floor management, and pack-up
• Plan and pitch promotion and marketing ideas for each event to drive foot traffic

About the role

Curate Club MNL is a bazaar and pop-up events company based in Metro Manila, hosting 1 to 3 events per month. We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations & Events Lead to manage day-to-day operations and event execution. You will report directly to the founders and take their plans to make sure each event comes together on the ground. During the trial period, you will be introduced to tasks gradually, and you'll handle them on your own by the end of the trial.
