Club United Philippines Corp in Metro Manila is seeking an Event Sales Manager to own the private and corporate events sales journey, from developing opportunities to closing inquiries and managing client relationships. The role collaborates with club leadership and operations to deliver bespoke experiences and drive revenue growth.

You will curate proposals, oversee end-to-end sales, and ensure seamless event delivery with post-event learnings.

Formación

• Experience in hospitality sales, private events, catering sales, banqueting, or premium lifestyle hospitality.
• Commercial mindset with ability to generate leads and meet sales targets.
• Established network across Metro Manila’s corporate, events, media, or luxury lifestyle sectors.
• Excellent client relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities across corporate events, private celebrations, social gatherings, brand activations, and bespoke experiences.
• Manage the entire sales lifecycle from inquiries to contracts and bookings.
• Maintain an accurate event pipeline, client database, and weekly reports.
• Coordinate with F&B, Operations, and other teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
• Debrief with clients post-event to capture feedback and drive improvements.
