Job summary

First Focus AU is seeking a technical support professional to provide frontline support for Mac devices while working from Manila. You will be troubleshooting Apple macOS, Microsoft 365, and end-user technology issues while supporting US operations during late hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of technical support or customer service experience.
• Strong Mac support experience and confidence troubleshooting macOS.
• Desirable experience with Microsoft Intune and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot macOS, Microsoft 365, and end-user technology issues.
• Respond to and resolve support requests through the ticketing system.
