Job summary

First Focus IT is a leading MSP offering global support. The role requires solving complex IT outages, coordinating major incidents, and delivering Level 2/3 support across Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, AD and networking. You will work night shifts to support global operations from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Level 2 Technical Support role (MSP or similar).
• Experience coordinating or leading Major Incidents (P0, P1 or P2).
• Strong Microsoft infrastructure and cloud skills across 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
• Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 support across managed environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, networks and security platforms; respond to alerts.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Support VMware/Hyper‑V and server backup platforms; resolve networking issues.
• Lead or coordinate Major Incidents and keep clients informed.
