Job summary

First Focus AU is seeking an experienced Support Tech (After Hours) to join our global team. Youll support clients across multiple countries, resolve complex IT outages, and help lead Major Incidents when things don’t go as planned.

You’ll work night shifts in the Philippines, handle Microsoft 365/Azure environments, and be part of a company that values growth, collaboration, and reliable problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Level 2 Technical Support in MSP or similar.
• 1 year coordinating or leading Major Incidents (P0/P1/P2).
• Strong Microsoft infrastructure & cloud administration (M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization & networking.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 support across multiple managed environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, networks and security platforms; respond to alerts.
• Troubleshoot M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, AD, DNS, DHCP & Group Policy.
• Support VMware/Hyper-V, and server backup platforms.
• Resolve networking issues (switching, routing, VPN, wireless).
• Lead/coordinate Major Incidents (P0/P1/P2) and keep clients informed.
• Improve documentation and contribute ideas for efficiency.
