Job summary

Netskope is seeking a commercial attorney located in Europe with 5+ years of experience supporting customer and channel sales transactions for technology companies, preferably SaaS/Cloud services and/or security providers. You will review, negotiate, and draft a broad range of contracts and documents for sales, channel, vendor, licensing, and related business contexts.

Ideal candidates are comfortable in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and have experience in Europe, the Middle East, and

Qualifications

Qualified lawyer within an EU jurisdiction.
Fluent in English; additional fluency in French and/or German is helpful.
Experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements.
Experience in data privacy and technology laws.
Experience in both law firm and in-house roles preferred.

Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing customer/sales, network services, reseller/distributor, master services, and software license agreements.
Assist with compliance in data privacy, open source, FCPA and export controls.
Collaborate with Deals Desk to structure customer transactions for policy compliance and revenue recognition.
Support Finance, Products, Engineering, Sales and other groups with legal requests.
