Teceze in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced IT Service Management professional to lead End User Computing and Deskside support operations. You will manage workstation deployment, incident resolution, patching, and asset tracking, ensuring service levels are met across the organization.

The role requires strong English communication, ITIL awareness, and hands-on ability with SCCM, Ivanti, and Intune, plus remote tools like RDP.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–4 years in ITSM operations focused on End User Computing and Deskside support.
• Strong understanding of desktop support technologies and infrastructure components.
• Experience OS installations, patches and related troubleshooting.
• Experience with SCCM, Ivanti and Intune deployments and management.
• Handling conference room devices and collaboration tech (Polycom/Cisco/StarLeaf).
• Ensure workstations have latest antivirus, patches, and Windows feature packs.
• Proficient with remote support tools (RDP, IP phones, ILO).
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of ITIL Service Management lifecycle and processes.
