Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Supervisor for the End-User Computing Group (EUCG) to oversee end-user computing services, support, and asset management. You will lead the EUCG team, ensuring secure, efficient IT services for a large user base.

The role emphasizes leadership, SLA delivery, and ongoing improvements in user experience, with onsite responsibilities at MOA, Pasay City. A strong background in ITIL and BPO environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT Systems and Operations / IT Service Delivery.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
• Proven track record managing 10+ direct reports and supporting an enterprise environment of 1,000+ end users.
• Experience managing vendor/outsourcing contracts.
• ITIL or equivalent IT Service Management certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery, support, and management of all end-user computing services and technologies within an organization.
• Lead and mentor the IT End-User Computing Group (EUCG) to ensure well-trained, motivated staff delivering effective support.
• Provide 3rd level technical support professionally and with high customer service levels.
• Assist end users with requests related to IT assets (hardware, software, troubleshooting).
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets (laptops, desktops, licenses, mobile devices).
• Respond to technical inquiries and help resolve hardware or software problems.
• Ensure SLA commitments are met with monitoring and reporting to stakeholders.
• Provide 24x7 EUCG support coverage.
• Ensure projects are completed as per commitments.
• Regular EUCG reviews to identify gaps and improvements.
