Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay City seeks an IT Supervisor for the End-User Computing Group (EUCG) to oversee desktop, laptop, and mobile device support, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient operations. You will lead a team, drive user-experience improvements, and align technology with organizational goals.

The role requires 5+ years in IT services, 2+ years in supervision, strong SLA/KPI experience, and ITIL knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in IT Systems and Operations / IT Service Delivery, incl. 2+ years supervisory.
• Proven track record managing 10+ direct reports in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with IT vendor/outsourcing contracts and SLA/KPI management.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; effective across levels.
• Background in Call Center, BPO, SI, or IT Managed Services; ITIL cert.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, support, and management of end-user computing services and tech.
• Lead and mentor the EUCG team; ensure trained, motivated staff providing quality support.
• Provide third-level technical support with high customer service standards.
• Assist users with IT asset requests (hardware, software upgrades, troubleshooting).
• Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and licenses.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve hardware/software problems; ensure SLA adherence.
• Ensure 24x7 EUCG coverage and timely project completion; regular reviews for gaps.
• Adhere to IT shift schedules and document processes, inventories, and operations.
• Generate and release reports; coordinate with external technical support when needed.
• Protect user security per company policies and best practices.
