Exasoft Zentact Solutions Philippines Corporation is seeking an EUC Support Engineer – L1 to provide on-site and remote first-level end-user computing support in Taguig City, Philippines. You will handle desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, install and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office/M365, and Outlook, and manage AD accounts and basic networking.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT desktop or EUC support, strong English and Filipino communication, and experience with ticketing tools

Formación

1–3 years in IT desktop or EUC support.
Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, M365, Active Directory and basic networking.
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow or similar).
Bilingual: fluent in English and Filipino.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.

Responsabilidades

Give L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals and mobile devices.
Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office/M365, Outlook and standard apps.
Handle user account tasks (AD password resets, unlocks, access requests).
Fix basic network and connectivity problems (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
Log, track and close tickets in the ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow) within SLA.
Do IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) work, asset tagging and inventory updates.
Pass unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams with clear documentation.
Help with new-joiner setup, device imaging and hardware refresh.
Keep knowledge base articles and SOPs up to date.
